1.1 Products made according to an individual order are not subject to return: size, design; having an individual combination of materials; modified at the request of the client; with special inscriptions applied at the request of the client.
1.2 The buyer does not have the right to refuse a product of good quality, having individually defined properties, if the specified product can be used exclusively by the consumer purchasing it.
1.3 The 14-day return period does not apply to products in unopened packaging that are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons if the packaging is opened after receipt (eg cosmetics, underwear, bedding, pillows, blankets, extra mattresses).
